spacious rooms, clean facilities, enjoyable pool

Shower could use hotter water!!! Parking permit feels unnecessary and like an extra charge!!! Convention center chairs completely lack lumbar support, making them uncomfortable for long periods!!!

The warm and inviting atrium was beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The dining area was spacious and clean, with ample seating, making it easy for seniors like me to enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning.

Sofas in common areas could be more comfortable.

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and made her birthday special with a lovely set-up for our big group at breakfast. We especially loved that the cooks prepared made-to-order pancakes and eggs, a real treat!

My kids wished the pool area had more seating for parents nearby.

the chlorine levels in the hot tub were really high , but the made-to-order omelets at breakfast were delicious. and we had a great time playing pool in the common area. the staff was super friendly too.

Kinda cool, but needs work

I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was super friendly, which was awesome! The breakfast options were solid too, but my room was kinda messy with dirty shoes marks on the bathroom floor and old ketchup on the table. Not ideal! Plus, charging for parking feels a bit much. Overall, I wouldn’t pick this place again if I had other options.

totally recommend

I stayed at embassy suites for a couple of nights and it exceeded my expectations. my previous stay in norman was good, but this time the breakfast was amazing, featuring made-to-order omelets and a variety of pastries. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Check-in process went smoothly, staff were friendly right from the start. I appreciated the spacious family suite with two comfy queen beds and a pull-out couch for extra room. The pool was fun for the kids, even though it got a little busy.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast, but the early check-in fee was quite surprising and a bit frustrating. Additionally, the noise from the lobby was noticeable at night, which detracted from the overall experience.
